These courses can be delivered in person at your place of work or remotely via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. We are happy to work with any size organisation, and will adapt the contents of the course to suit your needs.

Workshops
We currently work in partnership with a number of local educational establishments to deliver a range of bespoke workshops to students of all ages. Past workshops have focused on employment in the social care sector, mental health, homelessness and general employment advice, and have been delivered to students ranging from 10 to 18 years of age. These workshops are designed to your specifications and will generally include activities, interaction and handouts, and ongoing support and guidance to students who may require further assistance or have follow up questions, including mock interviews where appropriate. Where possible and practical we offer a guaranteed interview scheme for any individuals who attend these workshops who meet the minimum required criteria for our advertised vacancies. While the majority of talks and workshops and delivered to students, we are happy to provide this service to any age group.
These workshops are generally provided free of charge, unless significant time or resources are required in order to prepare and deliver the content.
“We all found the afternoon inspiring. The children learnt a lot from the talk and were very engaged. The main thing they learnt was to challenge misconceptions about the issue of homelessness. We were also grateful that you were able to answer a lot of the questions that the children have raised throughout our topic. Thank you Andy for giving us your time and knowledge.” – Kerry, Ashcombe School, Weston-super-Mare
“Andy has been visiting my learners at a local college this year and they have thoroughly enjoyed his sessions. He is approachable, yet informative and has been able to promote Arch Care Services as well as offer CV writing and job interview support. A number of learners are interested in employment.” – Felicity, Weston College, Weston-super-Mare
