Arch Care Rehab Services operate a number of small supported housing schemes across a number of locations, and will provide varying levels of support depending on the property and the individual, ranging from low-level day time support to houses with staff on-site 24 hours a day. We will always aim to help people to find their own accommodation in the community when appropriate. We can assist with a range of day-to-day tasks and life skills, including shopping, cooking, medication, finances and budgeting including benefit applications and appeals, and assisting with community activities and appointments. Our support is tailored to the needs of the individual, and is flexible and personalised, and our priority is always the needs of the person. We will always ensure that we are sensitive and compassionate, and treat each person as an individual.
We also operate a supported housing scheme in the heart of Gloucester, developed according to the principles of the Recovery Model and the Housing First approach. This pilot scheme aims to assist adults with complex mental illnesses to recover at their own pace in a high quality, therapeutic setting and build quality relationships with skilled staff that they trust. We specialise in the development of bespoke housing and support schemes, especially those built on the core and cluster model of support.
Funding for our supported housing schemes comes from the NHS, the local authority or personal budgets, housing benefit and small contributions from our tenants. Please contact us for more information.
